Wondering why you can't see the navigation bar?
This web site uses JavaScript and you will not be able to use the site correctly if you do not have JavaScript enabled.
In order to enable JavaScript on your browser, please follow the guidelines below.

If you're using Internet Explorer:

  1. Select Internet Options from Tools menu
  2. Choose Security tab
  3. Choose Internet Zone
  4. Click button marked Custom Level….
    A new window will pop up. Scroll down until you find the heading Scripting. The first subheading is Active Scripting. There are three options:
    -Disable
    -Enable
    -Prompt
    Select Enable option. Confirm your changes.
For Netscape users:
  1. Go to the Edit Menu in Netscape
  2. Select Preferences from the menu
  3. A new window will open. Pick "Advanced" from the list in the window
  4. There will be a box on the top of the window with "Enable Javascript" option. Select it and confirm your selection.

 


Cookies
A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent by a web server and stored on your browser to be read directly from that browser at a later time. When you visit a site, the web server that hosts that site sends a cookie to your web browser. This is useful for having the browser remember some specific information, such as passwords and user ID's, and preferences of start pages. A cookie cannot be used to retrieve data from your hard drive, get your e-mail address, or steal sensitive personal information. But it can be used to track where you travel over a particular site.

In order to enable Cookies on your browser, please follow the guidelines below.

For Internet Explorer:

  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  2. In the next window select the Security tab. At the bottom of the security window, select the "Custom Level" box.
  3. A new window will pop up.
  4. Scroll down the list until you come to Cookies.
    There are three options:
    Disable
    Enable
    Prompt
    Select the Enable or Prompt options. If you select Prompt you will be prompted to accept the cookies.

For Netscape

  1. Go to the Edit Menu in Netscape
  2. Select Preferences from the menu
  3. A new window will open. Pick "Advanced' from the list in the window
  4. There will be a box on the bottom of the window with "Cookie" options
    There are three options:
    Accept All Cookies
    Accept only cookie that go back to the server
    Disable Cookies
    Select the Accept All Cookies option. (You may also choose suggest you check the "Warn me before accepting cookies" box. That way you will be prompted to accept the cookies.)


PDFs
In order to download and open a PDF, you'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader® plug-in, version 4.0 to view and print. If you don't have the plug-in, feel free to download it by clicking on the "Download Acrobat Reader" link that's provided below. It's free and the downloading process is simple.

To View a PDF: If you already have Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer, you can view a PDF by simply clicking on the link to the particular PDF document. Simply use the options on the Acrobat Reader® toolbar to page through the document.

To Print a PDF: To print a PDF, simply click on the printer icon on the Acrobat Reader's® toolbar.

To Download or Save a PDF:
Windows PC Users:

  1. Place your cursor over the link to the PDF file.
  2. Click and hold the right mouse button and select "Save Target As" from the grey pop-up menu.
  3. Choose the location to which you want to save the file.
  4. Click "OK."
Macintosh Users:
  1. Place your cursor over the link to the PDF file.
  2. Click and hold your mouse button until a menu appear; then drag down and select "Save file as" from the menu.
  3. Choose the location to which you want to save the file.
  4. Click "OK."
